Intro to Bikepacking!

Ready to ditch the crowds and explore hidden trails? Designed and crafted in collaboration with Velovolt, this introductory bikepacking camp is your perfect first step! Learn the essentials and embark on an unforgettable single-day adventure with a knowledgeable guide.

Where:

Our adventure kicks off in the heart of Okanagan Valley, Kelowna, starting from Ruth Station. From there, we’ll embark on a journey through the iconic Trestle Trail, a historic route boasting breathtaking scenery. Our destination? The awe-inspiring Hydraulic Lake, nestled amidst stunning landscapes. After soaking in the beauty of the lake, we’ll retrace our steps and return to Ruth Station.

What’s Included:

Pre-Trip Zoom Session: Master bikepacking essentials (gear, packing) in an interactive Zoom session, ensuring you’re prepared for the ride.
Guided Ride: Hit the trails with a guide who will navigate the route, share local insights, and ensure your safety throughout the day.
Beginner-Friendly Route: Conquer a scenic 30-50km journey with a manageable maximum elevation gain of 400 meters.

Please Note:

  • Food is not included. Pack your own snacks and lunch for the ride.
  • Shuttle service to the trailhead can be provided for an additional $20 (optional).
  • Gravel Bike Rental can be provided via our partner Velovolt – Full Day $99 + tax
